- Milk 70g
- Coconut Oil 40g
- Oatmeal 100g
- Rolled barley 80g
- Kinako 30g
- Whole grain flour 50g
- Sugar 40g
- Mix in oatmeal, rolled barley, kinako, whole grain flour and sugar into a bowl.
- Add milk and coconut oil in the bowl.
- Place baking paper on plate of oven and put the mixture. ( one centimeter thick )
- Cook for 50 min in preheated 150℃ oven. And crash and turn upside down after baking for 30 min.
- Let it cool down.
Right after baking, it is soft but it gets hard after cool down. Kinako is really good with milk or soy milk so you should eat with them.
